UpwellMe realistically helps people improve their health, nutrition, and lifestyle behaviors.  Rather than guessing or assuming, we will show you how to know you’re on the right track.

There is no such thing as one plan, one diet, one fitness routine that fits everyone, for everything, all the time. People can make incredible life changes, enjoy vibrant good health, and/or perform at elite levels using simple techniques. Lasting change comes only from consistently choosing different actions.

UpwellMe coaching is rooted in science-backed principles of “deep health” that help clients break free from restrictive diets, grueling exercise routines, or love-hate relationships with the scale —hidden causes of stubborn weight gain/non-weight loss, frustration, & relapse.

“Deep Health”: a multi-faceted, whole-person, whole life experience of thriving in all domains: physical, mental, emotional, and so on.  We want to help people feel and function well in all aspects of their lives.

Through deep listening, thought-provoking questions, and a safe space, clients will work towards their personally defined essentials of health and wellness, including nutrition, fitness & recovery, stress management, and sleep.

When it comes to coaching, I firmly believe that each client is a one-of-a-kind individual with their own beliefs, experiences, and support systems.  My commitment to building strong and trusting coaching relationships, which every client deserves, is authentically tailored for unique needs and goals.

In our 1:1 sessions, we will focus on developing sustainable habits that complement your medical treatment and align with your long-term goals.

Together, we will create action plans with small steps that propel you closer to your realistic goals, vision, and best version of your best self.  Together, we will address the physical, emotional, and behavioral aspects of your health journey, so you can build confidence, optimize outcomes, and feel empowered in your progress.

For clients using or transitioning off GLP-1 medications, personalized support is especially valuable. Whether you're navigating appetite changes, shifting eating patterns, or adjusting your fitness and recovery routines, this coaching is designed to meet you where you are.
